Common Questions & Troubleshooting

• How do I add photos or PDFs? Tap "Add Scene" or "Add PDF" in the project or scene view. Use the photo picker for images and Files app for PDFs.

• Why is the overlay text not appearing? Make sure "Show scene number on photos" is toggled on in the scene edit screen.

• Photos not saving or doubling? This was fixed in recent updates. If it happens, delete and reinstall the app (your data is stored safely on-device).

• How do I export photos with text? Open a scene → tap Share → select photos → Share Selected. Text is baked in if enabled.

• App crashing or slow? Try closing other apps, restarting your device, or reinstalling. If issues persist, email us with details (iOS version, device model).

Privacy & Data Makeup Continuity stores all your data locally on your device (photos, notes, PDFs). We do not collect personal information or send data to servers. No account or sign-in is required.
